Senior Property Manager

TL;DR

Senior Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate): Leading all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties with an accent on marketing, operations, and financial activities. Location: 100% in-office in Newport Beach, CA. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option.

What you will do

• Manage all operational and financial activities for commercial, industrial, and retail portfolios.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise administrative and technical staff, including recruitment and performance reviews.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of annual operating and capital budgets, including CAM and OpX recovery charges.
• Implement tenant care programs to maximize retention and coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Direct vendor sourcing, procurement, and bid analysis to ensure optimal service delivery and value.
• Conduct monthly property inspections and maintain emergency response documentation and drills.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant commercial property management experience (office, retail, and/or industrial).
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Yardi, MRI, or Kardin is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, and tax laws.
• Ability to travel daily to assigned properties and work after hours or weekends during emergencies.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is mandatory.
