Location: Must be based in the USA
Salary: $134,300 - $158,000

What you will do
- Develop and implement regional resilience and protection strategies to mitigate organizational security risks.
- Foster relationships with senior stakeholders across North, Central, and South America to influence resilience improvements.
- Oversee physical protection controls and technology for Category 1 locations, including access control and CCTV systems.
- Manage regional crisis management programs and act as a trusted advisor to leadership during incidents.
- Monitor regional legislative changes and ensure compliance with standards like ISO 22301 and OSHA.
- Lead regional training programs to improve employee competence in resilience and protection matters.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Fluent in English
- Degree or diploma in Resilience & Protection or equivalent discipline.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing resilience management models aligned with international standards.
- Detailed knowledge of ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of OSHA CFR 1910 & 1926 standards and OSH Canadian Law.
- Demonstrable experience in influencing senior stakeholders and working in a multi-site corporate environment.

- Additional language skills, specifically Spanish or Portuguese.
- Wider knowledge of quality management, health, and safety.
