What you will do

• Investigate MVA accounts to identify insurance benefits and resolve balances for clients.
• Conduct online medical research and acquire necessary medical records and provider notes.
• Submit hospital claims to insurance companies and perform thorough follow-ups to ensure reimbursement.
• Prepare and submit complete MVA billing packets using proprietary software.
• Communicate with patients and insurance adjusters to discuss claim status and resolution.
• Analyze payer EOBs to determine the appropriate actions for claim balances.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare field working in billing or collections.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing for MVA and first party auto claims.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure and work independently.
