TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Strategically developing existing accounts and building long-term business relationships for a B2B integration provider with an accent on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Location: Remote from designated countries in Europe (Austria, Croatia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Spain, UK)

What you will do

  • Develop existing accounts strategically to drive company value and build long-term relationships.
  • Manage a dedicated client portfolio to ensure customers maximize the value of the solution.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless transition of qualified opportunities.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.
  • Navigate complex customer escalations and align internal stakeholders to provide solutions.
  • Execute sales campaigns in close cooperation with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • German language skills at native or C2 level.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Experience working with a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Proven experience with cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Must be based in one of the designated European countries.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling EDI, e-invoicing, or ERP solutions.
