What you will do

• Own the full-stack development process, from designing backend APIs to implementing frontend components.
• Drive the transition towards agentic AI software development.
• Build and continuously improve Python and Java-based microservices.
• Collaborate with data science, product management, design, and behavioral health specialists to refine technical solutions.
• Promote software development best practices, adhering to high quality and security standards.
• Drive continuous technical improvement for company platforms and tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience developing enterprise or consumer web applications.
• Must be physically located within the United States.
• Professional experience with AI tools and agent-based software development.
• Experience building scalable backend services and APIs using Python and/or Java/Spring.
• Experience developing web applications with React, React Native, and TypeScript.
