What you will do

• Develop AI-powered backend APIs in Python and corresponding frontend interfaces in React.
• Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade AI platforms and software architectures.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI/ML integration.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate high-level concepts into production-ready features.
• Create and execute procedures to ensure the technical quality, security, and performance of AI products.
• Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies to drive innovative product solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in RESTful API development using Python.
• Expertise in modern frontend development with React, TypeScript, and Vite.
• Proven track record of taking AI-powered features from concept to production deployment.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Langchain.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of AI safety, prompt injection prevention, and LLM security.
