What you will do

• Lead, coach, and multiply a team of three PMs, defining the operating model and the bar for product craft.
• Own the shared roadmap, managing strategic tradeoffs between growth, retention, and profitability.
• Develop a multi-service strategy to transition from one profitable vertical to a repeatable playbook across multiple services.
• Define and execute the agent-native direction, integrating AI agents for internal teams, customers, and Pros.
• Partner cross-functionally with designers, engineers, data, finance, and operations to drive alignment and decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• AI-native mindset with a deep belief in the shift toward agent-driven platforms.
• Experience as a player-coach, capable of leading teams while remaining hands-on with product specifications.
• Strong systems thinking skills to manage complex marketplace dynamics and second-order effects.
• Proven ability to ruthlessly prioritize, sequence work, and protect team focus.
• Obsessive approach to scoping and a high bar for user experience.
