What you will do

• Define and maintain the reference architecture for agent identity, delegation, audit, and kill-switch patterns.
• Lead the most strategic, regulated, and technically novel deployments that lack existing playbooks.
• Mentor and coach senior customer engineers and FDEs to raise the overall technical bar across the portfolio.
• Synthesize field patterns into a clear point of view to influence the product roadmap and prioritize features.
• Represent hirify.global as a technical authority to C-level executives, including CISOs, CIOs, and Chief AI Officers.
• Develop reusable modules and internal tooling to increase the leverage and speed of the FDE function.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience shipping production software with deep expertise in distributed systems and identity.
• Authority-level knowledge of identity protocols: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and RFC 8693.
• Fluency in agent security frameworks (OWASP for Agentic Apps, NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS) and compliance (HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 2).
• Expertise in fine-grained authorization (ReBAC, ABAC) and policy engines such as OPA, Cedar, or OpenFGA.
• Hands-on experience with major agent platforms, MCP, and daily AI-native development.
• Proven record of setting technical direction across multiple teams and mentoring senior engineers.
