Location: Hybrid (minimum of four days per week in the Chicago office)
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 base + sales incentive commission

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for programmatic campaigns, from spearheading proposals through to final execution.
- Build and develop trusted relationships with advertisers and agencies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to bid requests, win rates, optimization levers, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Ad Ops, Pricing, Inventory, and Measurement.
- Analyze campaign data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to partners.
- Serve as a product expert, educating clients on new ad solutions and best practices to achieve KPIs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of programmatic experience at a media company or agency.
- Hands-on experience with SSPs and/or DSPs.
- Proven track record of contributing to revenue and advertiser satisfaction.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago office (Hybrid).
