What you will do

• Commute to patients' homes using mobile scheduling technology and navigate to appointments.
• Perform a variety of diagnostic services including phlebotomy, specimen collection, and ECGs.
• Conduct diabetic foot screenings and capture diabetic retina images.
• Ensure all collected samples are properly labeled and coordinated for lab drop-off or shipment.
• Build compassionate and welcoming connections with a diverse range of patients.

Requirements

• Must be based in Northridge, CA.
• State required licensure, national certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License with current insurance to travel to patient homes.
• Ability to pass national background checks, DMV checks, and clinical license searches.
• Proof of required vaccinations (COVID-19 + booster, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB test, Influenza, TDaP).
• Physical ability to navigate homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.
