What you will do

• Own annual and long-range revenue, margin, and profitability targets for Loungefly.
• Lead national account strategy across specialty, mass, department store, club, and marketplace channels.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure new retail partnerships to expand distribution and drive growth.
• Develop channel strategies aligning assortment, pricing, exclusivity, and distribution objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team and manage external sales partners.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Planning, and Finance to support product launches and forecasting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience managing national retail accounts.
• Proven success growing business with retailers such as Target, Walmart, Amazon, Urban Outfitters, and Hot Topic.
• Strong financial, forecasting, and analytical skills for managing revenue and promotional performance.
• Experience in fashion accessories, collectibles, licensing, or related consumer product categories preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel as needed.
