What you will do

• Develop and enhance risk management frameworks for AI and Agentic AI systems, including inventory standards and assessment methodologies.
• Perform independent technical assessments of generative AI and agentic workflows, covering RAG pipelines, tool use, and hallucination risks.
• Influence platform architecture and design embedded controls for the safe deployment and monitoring of AI.
• Establish Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and metrics for continuous monitoring of AI risk.
• Serve as a technical advisor across the AI/ML lifecycle and communicate risk status to senior managers and regulators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (CS, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering).
• Hands-on experience developing or validating AI/ML models, ideally transitioning from an AI/ML Engineer background.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML tooling.
• Technical depth in LLMs, RAG systems, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in risk identification, control definition, and model risk governance principles.
• Advanced or fluent English (C1+) for documentation and stakeholder management across countries.

Nice to have

• Experience in 2nd or 3rd line of defense.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SR 11-7, NIST AI RMF, or the EU AI Act.
