What you will do

• Analyze and research large data sets to translate insights into business opportunities and requirements.
• Develop compelling visualizations for storytelling to facilitate timely stakeholder decision-making.
• Build and monitor comprehensive KPIs to evaluate Risk Operations performance.
• Design and implement experiments to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of risk operational processes.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and data engineering teams to enhance the risk data ecosystem.
• Partner with data science and operations to build risk detection systems and improve agent investigation capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant analytical experience.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY or Mountain View, CA.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data segmentation and aggregation.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and Quicksight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Science, Math, or another quantitative field.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic projects in a fast-paced environment.
