What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports (RSL/RDL) and dashboards to provide actionable business information.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for improved reporting efficiency.
• Maintain and quality-control the global reference database for various financial products, including OTC derivatives.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytical solutions.
• Perform price validation and interact with market data vendors such as Bloomberg, ICE, and Refinitiv.
• Troubleshoot report performance, manage deployment, and handle ongoing enhancements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada to support a hybrid work model.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting SSRS reports in a production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and performance optimization.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• CFA, FRM, or current enrollment in these professional programs.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, or IHS Markit.
• Working knowledge of VBA, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Experience with Advent Geneva.
