What you will do

• Implement AI and desktop automation tools to optimize technical write-ups, customer forms, and bid approvals.
• Standardize bid and project schedules for Excitation, Governor, Protection, and Control systems.
• Develop estimation tools for effort and material costs under sales team supervision.
• Create and standardize sales reports and presentations for upper management.
• Maintain and harmonize the electrical panel material cost database.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year of Electrical, Software, or Automation Engineering studies.
• Legal status to work in Canada is required.
• Proficiency in both French and English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft AI tools, such as Copilot Studio and Power Automate.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python, JSON, or PowerFX.
• Experience with PowerBI.
• Knowledge of SharePoint website configuration.
