What you will do

  • Perform quality audits on job sites to ensure route work is completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Conduct NIM job audits post-turnover to identify reliability issues and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Provide on-the-job training and technical troubleshooting assistance to mechanics.
  • Analyze accounting reports to review route profitability and call-back data for management.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to provide technical input, scope of work, and cost calculations for bids.
  • Manage the ordering of necessary materials and parts for service and repair tasks.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience managing at a branch departmental level.
  • Ability to write professional reports, contract proposals, and business correspondence.
  • Proficiency in interpreting complex technical instructions and mathematical diagrams.
  • Current knowledge of federal, state, and local elevator industry code requirements.
