What you will do

• Lead the design of customer experience initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Drive personalization and optimization strategies using Adobe Target.
• Define and maintain CX roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with data teams to define success metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Digital Strategy, or Product Management.
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Target and personalization capabilities.
• Proven track record in roadmap execution and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience documenting business, functional, and data requirements.
• Strong ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Irving, TX
