What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of complex, full-stack consumer or B2B products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to redefine product capabilities using LLMs.

• Build foundational systems for enterprise scalability, including security, compliance, and user management.
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies through technical implementation.
• Mentor peers and establish engineering standards and architectural best practices.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a minimum of 2 years at a Staff or equivalent leadership level.
• Deep technical expertise in modern frontend and backend development, specifically React and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and shipping complex products in fast-moving startup environments.
• Proven ability to drive organizational alignment and work through influence.
• Must be based in or willing to work from SF, NYC, or Seattle.
• English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-native feature development.
• Experience with developer-facing products, APIs, and tooling.
• Background in growth experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
