Growth Marketing Manager Lead (Gamedev)

Location: Hybrid (San Mateo, CA). Onsite presence required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; must have US work authorization.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end growth initiatives across user acquisition, reactivation, and product-led growth programs.
• Manage and optimize multimillion-dollar marketing investments across Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
• Develop hypotheses and measurement frameworks to identify scalable growth levers through rapid experimentation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to optimize onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Explore creator-led and community-led growth opportunities and evaluate AI-enabled workflows for performance.
• Translate complex analytical insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing at a high-growth consumer technology company.
• Must be based in the US or have valid US work authorization.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience working directly with large datasets.
• Deep understanding of LTV, cohort analysis, attribution, and causal inference.
• Proven track record of building and scaling global growth programs with significant business impact.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate workflows and improve organizational effectiveness.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling global gaming platforms, social platforms, or creator ecosystems.
• Background in personalization, recommendation systems, or machine learning-driven optimization.
• Experience managing annual paid media budgets exceeding $10M.
• Passion for gaming and online communities.
