What you will do

• Represent business stakeholders throughout the product realization lifecycle to translate vision into actionable user stories and features.
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing value, risk, and delivery priorities for Agile teams.
• Facilitate communication and discussions between business leaders, SMEs, and technical delivery teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate completed work against business requirements.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation and track operational readiness.
• Coach less experienced team members and manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience creating features and user stories for the technical execution of epics.
• 4+ years of experience collaborating with business partners to define and translate requirements.
• 4+ years of experience working within Agile and other delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Clarity, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis (No C2C eligibility).
• Location: Must be based in San Antonio, TX.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) organizations, products, and services.
• Experience with infrastructure, mobile, and business-facing solutions.
• Experience working with external technology partners or vendor-supported software.
