Salary: $200,000–$240,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Act as a thought partner to the COO and CEO to set priorities and ensure accountability.
- Lead high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across multiple functions.
- Synthesize market dynamics and internal performance data into executive-ready analyses.
- Identify and remove organizational roadblocks and process bottlenecks.
- Represent the COO’s voice and priorities in cross-functional meetings and workstreams.
- Drive special projects including competitive strategy, partnership evaluation, and organizational design.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience with a track record of rapid advancement.
- Must be based in New York or San Francisco.
- Deep strategic and analytical horsepower with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Genuine passion for AI with hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work.
- Strong business acumen with working knowledge of healthcare provider operations or health IT.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- 4–6 years in healthcare-focused investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
- MBA from a top-tier program with 2–5 years of post-MBA operating experience.
- Fast progression at a leading technology company like Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google.
- Experience as a founder or executive at an early-stage AI or technology company.
