Compensation: $207,000 – $264,000 (Total Cash)

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing RevOps team including systems administrators, analysts, and GTM functions.
- Build and manage rigorous forecasting processes for new business, renewals, and professional services revenue.
- Architect a seamless end-to-end customer journey by breaking down operational silos between Sales, CS, and Support.
- Own the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Catalyst) to ensure maximum ROI and data integrity.
- Define and track key business KPIs such as CAC, LTV, NRR, and GRR to provide actionable leadership insights.
- Develop and administer incentive compensation plans aligned with company-wide revenue goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling operations teams, including managing other managers.
- Proven track record of scaling operations for companies with 100M+ ARR.
- Senior-level command of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, Churn, Unit Economics) and forecast modeling.
- Deep technical expertise with Salesforce and the broader RevOps ecosystem.
