What you will do

• Own GTM strategy and product positioning for voice authentication and fraud prevention solutions in the Core segment.
• Lead new feature launches, translating complex AI and biometric technology into clear business value.
• Develop buyer personas and competitive landscapes for C-level stakeholders, including CISOs, CTOs, and CIOs.
• Create a comprehensive sales enablement suite featuring battle cards, playbooks, and ROI models.
• Produce high-impact marketing content across the funnel, including website copy and executive thought leadership.
• Collaborate with AR functions to ensure accurate product narrative in Gartner and Forrester reports.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience in cybersecurity, identity, or AI/ML security.
• Direct GTM experience with enterprise contact center, IVR, or CCaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of building enablement programs for complex technical products sold to large accounts.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse formats, from technical briefs to C-suite one-pagers.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience as a marketer or practitioner in FSI, insurance, or other highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with CCaaS platforms such as NICE, Five9, Genesys, or Cisco.
• Specialized experience in AI/ML product marketing within security or identity domains.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust frameworks and SIEM enterprise security trends.
