What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for core CRM capabilities, aligning business objectives with customer needs.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements definition through to launch and optimization.
• Conduct customer research and analyze usage data to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize backlogs and deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Identify and integrate AI-powered capabilities into CRM workflows to improve automation and productivity.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment on product goals and outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Experience managing complex products, platform transformations, or modernization initiatives.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using customer insights and data to drive decisions.
• Must be based in Canada.
