What you will do

• Scope, design, and build custom AI agents, playbooks, and prompts for key strategic customers.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to map their processes and translate requirements into working AI solutions.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on new features and pilots prior to general release.
• Communicate market feedback to Product and Engineering teams to drive high-impact platform enhancements.
• Develop and maintain reusable assets and best practices to accelerate future deployments.
• Partner with Legal Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to deliver measurable growth.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 5+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer at a top-tier firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results.
• Deep curiosity for testing various AI approaches and optimizing for customer outcomes.
