What you will do

  • Manage the intake, review, and processing of insurance claims.
  • Provide high-quality customer support to claimants, guiding them through the claims process.
  • Ensure all claim documentation is complete, accurate, and appropriately filed.
  • Support the investigation of claims to determine validity and coverage.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to facilitate resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong customer service ethos.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Capacity to take full responsibility for your own workload.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong IT skills; proficiency in Excel is a bonus.
