What you will do
- Manage the intake, review, and processing of insurance claims.
- Provide high-quality customer support to claimants, guiding them through the claims process.
- Ensure all claim documentation is complete, accurate, and appropriately filed.
- Support the investigation of claims to determine validity and coverage.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to facilitate resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

- Capacity to take full responsibility for your own workload.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Strong IT skills; proficiency in Excel is a bonus.
