What you will do

• Execute DEL and SELEX screening experiments, including sample processing and downstream analysis.
• Contribute to experimental planning, troubleshooting, and documentation for assigned projects.
• Analyze screening data and prepare detailed technical reports and project summaries.
• Participate in internal technical discussions and support client communications.
• Contribute to R&D activities to improve screening workflows and platform performance.
• Maintain accurate experimental records in compliance with company and safety standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in DEL, SELEX, or related affinity-based selection technologies.
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques such as molecular cloning, PCR, qPCR, and gel electrophoresis.
• Proficiency in flow cytometry and FACS sorting.
• Experience with recombinant protein expression, purification, and handling.
• Ability to develop biochemical or biophysical in vitro assays.
• Must be able to work on-site in a lab setting in Natick, MA.
