What you will do

• Plan and design laboratory experiments, including nucleic acid extractions in a Biosafety Level II environment.
• Generate, record, and analyze experimental data while maintaining detailed laboratory notebooks.
• Develop and write protocols and reports for the feasibility, verification, and validation of molecular tests.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs teams to align on project deliverables and timetables.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
• Assist in intellectual property development and troubleshoot technical difficulties.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's in biological/chemical sciences with 2+ years experience, Master's degree, or Associate's degree with 5+ years experience.
• Expertise in molecular and biochemical laboratory procedures (2+ years required).
• Proficiency in PCR, specimen handling, and experimental documentation (2+ years required).
• Knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 standards and FDA Design Control regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High proficiency in technical writing and oral/written communication.
