What you will do

• Diagnose problems and outline data requirements for actuarial studies and analyses.
• Create presentation materials and make recommendations to inform management decision-making.
• Ensure internal and external consistency of work through reasonability checks and outlier identification.
• Develop and implement new processes to improve outcomes aligned with corporate goals.
• Independently manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Guide and mentor less experienced staff to foster teamwork and professional excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in an actuarial role.
• Completion of 6 or more Exam Components.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical work for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Completion of 10 or more Exam Components.
