What you will do

• Own and maintain integrated project plans across internal and customer workflows.
• Coordinate diverse workstreams including configuration, estimating, purchasing, and training.
• Manage project health, escalate risks, and track cross-workstream dependencies.
• Ensure launch readiness criteria are tracked and clearly communicated.
• Develop standardized project management templates, playbooks, and reusable artifacts.
• Collaborate with technical leadership and Client Strategy teams to execute Statements of Work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, SaaS delivery, or implementation.
• Strong discipline in project controls (RAID logs, dependency tracking, critical path management).
• Proven ability to hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to owners and dates.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as ClickUp, Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and company events up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or residential construction.
• Background in ERP integrations or business transformation.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.
