Product Engineer (TypeScript/React)

Location: Fully remote, based in the Americas or European time zones; occasional travel for team offsites, conferences, and meetups is expected

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 USD per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Build polished product experiences for hirify.global users.
• Own features end to end, from product thinking and UX details through implementation, instrumentation, launch, and iteration.
• Turn complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and trustworthy user experiences.
• Build debugging and observability experiences for emails, webhooks, domains, and API requests.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and customer success to understand user problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Help improve product craft, performance, accessibility, reliability, and developer experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality web products.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development.
• Comfort working across the stack, including APIs, databases, server-side logic, and product infrastructure.
• Strong UX, interaction design, product judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work hands-on in ambiguous, open-ended problems and collaborate with design, engineering, and customer success.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for developers, infrastructure teams, or other technical users.
• Experience with email, deliverability, DNS, webhooks, logs, observability, or API platforms.
• Strong visual taste and experience building fast, simple, polished interfaces.
• Experience working in small, high-ownership teams.
