TL;DR

Marketing Data Analyst (Health & Wellness): Designing and owning marketing measurement frameworks and data pipelines to optimize performance marketing and LTV for a health and wellness platform with an accent on A/B test evaluation and unit economics. Focus on building scalable reporting layers, developing an analytical culture within the marketing team, and integrating AI-powered insights.

Location: Hybrid (Kyiv, Lviv, or Warsaw)

What you will do

  • Partner with the performance marketing team to optimize spend allocation, creative testing, and channel mix.
  • Develop a data-driven analytical culture through training and self-service tooling.
  • Lead deep-dive research into audience segments and long-term unit economics.
  • Build and maintain an A/B test evaluation framework to accelerate decision velocity.
  • Design monitoring systems, dashboards, and AI assistants for key business metrics.
  • Develop resilient data pipelines consolidating marketing, product, and payment data into analytics-ready models.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics for consumer apps or subscription-based digital products.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets (BigQuery is a plus).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Deep understanding of marketing economics (CPM, LTV, CAC, ROAS).
  • Solid grasp of experimentation methodology, including A/B test design and statistical significance.

Nice to have

  • Python for data manipulation and lightweight scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude for dashboarding and tracking design.
  • Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt, Dataform, or SQLMesh.
  • Knowledge of Data Science fundamentals such as forecasting, clustering, and basic ML approaches.
  • Experience running monetization experiments in a subscription context.
