What you will do

• Design and maintain Workato recipes and orchestrations for core enterprise platforms.
• Architect multi-agent systems including tool selection, state management, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Own the end-to-end RAG lifecycle, including ingestion, vector storage, and reranking strategies.
• Implement production observability, prompt tracing, and cost monitoring for AI workflows.
• Write modular scripts in Python or Ruby to support complex data transformations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable automated solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in integration, automation, or software engineering.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Workato.
• Deep proficiency in designing complex AI workflows and integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Snowflake.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or pgvector for RAG implementations.
• Strong technical background in programming (Python, Ruby, or similar) and API utilization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Workato Automation Pro, Foundations, or SnowPro certifications.
