What you will do

• Architect AI-driven GTM workflows using Clay, AirOps, and n8n for account prioritization and personalized messaging.
• Implement data-driven ABM campaigns by operationalizing first- and third-party intent signals.
• Develop Python/JavaScript glue-code to synchronize data between Salesforce, HubSpot, and Snowflake.
• Design and optimize messaging workflows through structured prompt engineering and model context protocols.
• Define and monitor KPIs for GTM system performance, focusing on prompt drift and latency.
• Document system behavior and manage shared prompt libraries for Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Technical GTM, Growth Engineering, or RevOps Engineering within B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for building data pipelines and system triggers.
• Hands-on experience with AI-workflow automation (n8n, AirOps, Clay) and CRM/MAP (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration, model context protocols, and prompt sandboxing tools like Cursor or Lovable.
• Ability to translate complex business objectives into elegant technical implementations.
