What you will do

• Manage the build process of development test units, including set-up and debugging to ensure test readiness.
• Develop and execute first-time capable tests for hardware development and calibration.
• Lead the diagnosis and resolution of issues occurring during the testing and set-up phases.
• Collaborate with Product Development Teams and Technical Experts to improve existing tests and design new ones.
• Create post-processing tools to ensure data quality and track its usefulness for final reports.
• Develop and implement global standard work processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in hardware development and calibration.
• Ability to lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues during testing.
• Proficiency in using and creating post-processing tools for data analysis.
• Experience with math-based models to migrate work from road and lab environments.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop new engineers.
