Salary: USD 1,200–1,600 per month

What you will do
- Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads, introduce services, and set appointments.
- Follow up via phone, email, and SMS to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Qualify prospects by asking relevant questions to confirm fit for the agency’s services.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and update lead and appointment tracking.
- Track and report KPIs such as calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates.
- Confirm and remind leads about scheduled meetings to reduce no-shows and fill calendars during slower periods.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must.
- 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is required.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed appointment-setting goals in a sales-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO and the ability to qualify leads for a target audience.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing high-volume outreach with attention to detail.
