What you will do

• Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads, introduce services, and set appointments.
• Follow up via phone, email, and SMS to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Qualify prospects by asking relevant questions to confirm fit for the agency’s services.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and update lead and appointment tracking.
• Track and report KPIs such as calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates.
• Confirm and remind leads about scheduled meetings to reduce no-shows and fill calendars during slower periods.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is a must.
• 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed appointment-setting goals in a sales-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of SEO and the ability to qualify leads for a target audience.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing high-volume outreach with attention to detail.
