What you will do
- Lead delivery of high-quality, efficient, and profitable professional services ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Empower and engage team members while translating organizational vision into actionable goals.
- Oversee project execution, methodology, and process adherence across the delivery team.
- Create and implement standardized processes and best practices.
- Serve as escalation point for customer issues and maintain key client relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support business growth and strategy.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years leading remote consulting teams and managing business operations.
- Experience building and motivating teams with a track record of driving change and retention.
- Strong business acumen including financial understanding and decisiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with negotiation experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally on financial planning, metrics, and reporting.
- Familiarity with open source database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Confluence.
