What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional technical team providing support across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
• Act as a technical authority for server hardware issues.
• Drive continuous service improvements and manage SLAs and KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor technical and logistics staff.
• Oversee customs documentation and ensure compliance with trade laws.
• Coordinate international shipments and manage logistics partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in data center operations, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong system engineering background with enterprise server troubleshooting experience.
• 5+ years in logistics/import/export management, preferably in IT hardware.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
