What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy data-driven models and AI-based solutions.
• Build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines and model workflows.
• Perform statistical analyses and create dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
• Work cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality, reproducibility, and scalability in production environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in LATAM.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• English: B2+ required for professional communication.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Generative AI frameworks like LangChain or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
