Salary: $129,000 - $195,000 USD (base pay varies by location zone)

What you will do

• Design initiatives to expand the credit card business using data, technology, and customer-focused thinking.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering partners to build and run high-conversion marketing campaigns.
• Use Net Present Value (NPV) models to design a growth strategy that ensures a resilient customer mix.
• Independently gather data and propose novel solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Oversee and monitor campaigns, using feedback loops to continuously improve performance.
• Communicate strategic insights and ensure alignment with senior leadership and engineering partners.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience building and leading acquisition and growth initiatives for credit card or lending products.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL, R, or Python (specifically Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Strong quantitative analytical skills and experience with experimentation and test design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Must be based in Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, or Washington, DC.
