What you will do

• Maintain hirify.global's US Money Transmitter Licenses (MTLs), including renewals, amendments, and state regulatory correspondence.
• Coordinate state regulatory examinations by organizing documentation, tracking requests, and supporting responses.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings to state MSB regulators via the NMLS system.
• Support due diligence reviews for business partnerships to assess licensing obligations and regulatory risks.
• Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and controls to reflect US state and federal requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments across US jurisdictions and flag potential impacts to senior team members.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in regulatory compliance within fintech, payments, money services, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with US state Money Transmitter Licenses (MTLs) and NMLS system.
• Working knowledge of US state and federal money transmission regulations and reporting requirements.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple regulatory deadlines.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Operations.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or CCEP.
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations end-to-end.
• Exposure to crypto or digital asset regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
