What you will do

• Support the implementation, configuration, and execution of customer journey campaigns within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Leverage Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Cloud to build personalized customer experiences.
• Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns and transform strategies into scalable engagement solutions.
• Configure journey workflows, triggers, decisioning logic, and timing controls.
• Manage audience segmentations and targeting logic.
• Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure production readiness.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Experience implementing and deploying marketing campaigns within Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in deploying email campaigns and implementing templates into production.
• Strong understanding of journey orchestration, audience targeting, and campaign lifecycle management.
• Experience troubleshooting campaign execution and optimizing workflow performance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with backend integrations, APIs, and data connectivity within MarTech ecosystems.
• Exposure to AI-enabled marketing capabilities and personalization solutions.
