What you will do

• Partner with SMB Sales leadership to set program priorities, define target audiences, and align on campaign plans.
• Own end-to-end execution of events and webinars, managing everything from planning and logistics to post-event lead management.
• Execute demand generation campaigns in marketing automation platforms, including nurture programs and segmentation.
• Collaborate with APAC Marketing Ops and BizTech to maintain GTM systems including Salesforce, Outreach, and Sansan.
• Own lead and pipeline reporting for the SMB segment, tracking key KPIs to optimize program performance.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience managing demand generation programs and campaigns for B2B companies.
• Proven track record of achieving growth goals using email and webinar campaigns.
• Proficiency with SFDC, Outreach, Sansan, Figma, and marketing automation platforms.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan to comply with the hybrid office policy.
• Proficiency in business-level English, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with global teams and a customer-centric approach to campaign design.
