What you will do

• Define and lead creative vision across brand campaigns, product launches, patient- and provider-facing experiences, events, executive storytelling, and digital surfaces.
• Build and evolve visual identity systems covering typography, color, illustration, and scalable design frameworks.
• Translate complex clinical and product subject matter into simple, human, and trustworthy visual communications.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Growth, Clinical, Communications, and Executive teams on brand and creative decisions.
• Set the quality bar for craft while remaining hands-on across web pages, illustration systems, layouts, and photoshoot direction.
• Use AI tools for concepting, prototyping, iteration, and production without compromising design quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in brand and visual design, with end-to-end ownership of shipped work.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand identity, product design, visual systems, and personally designed work.
• Strong visual craft across typography, color, composition, and layout.
• Experience building design systems that improve quality and consistency across a product or brand.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and workflows, including Midjourney, ComfyUI, generative video, and LLMs.
• Ability to work from the Mountain View office at least 3 days per week.
