What you will do

• Investigate and fix bugs across scrapers and the surrounding data pipeline.
• Solve complex scraping challenges including bot/CAPTCHA detection, rate limiting, and proxy rotation.
• Identify recurring issues and develop AI-powered automations to eliminate manual work.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with the team to improve system reliability and monitoring.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Python and the requests library.
• Familiarity with browser automation tools like Selenium or Playwright.
• Solid understanding of how proxies work in the context of web scraping.
• Fluent English for effective collaboration in an international team.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Barcelona office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or GitHub Actions.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Curiosity or experience with AI/LLM tools for automation.
