What you will do

• Design and develop backend services using FastAPI and Flask.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and connection pooling.
• Develop asynchronous processes and background workers using Celery and Redis.
• Containerize services and manage orchestration using Docker, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes.
• Deploy and maintain AI workers in GPU cloud environments like RunPod and Vast.ai.
• Participate in architectural decisions for high-load, AI-native components and RAG subsystems.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial Python backend experience.
• Fluent Russian (C2) and technical English (B1+) proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of Python internals, memory management, and async/await patterns.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in PostgreSQL performance tuning.
• Experience with architectural patterns like CQRS, Event Sourcing, and microservices.
• Confident in DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure automation.

Nice to have

• Experience developing IDEs, LSPs, or language tooling.
• Familiarity with RAG systems and LLM APIs.
• Knowledge of C/C++ or Rust for performance-critical components.
• Hands-on experience with GPU infrastructure.
