What you will do

• Implement new product lines into the C1 system according to offering manager and engineer specifications.
• Maintain all configuration information, including critical cost and price data.
• Generate essential product outputs such as quotes, technical submittals, BOMs, and drawings.
• Provide comprehensive user training and troubleshooting support for C1 system users.
• Coordinate and support Go Live events for new product implementations.
• Research, design, and write operational documentation and test plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience maintaining ERP systems.
• Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, ERP, CPQ, and CRM systems (C1 experience preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Access and Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
