What you will do
- Develop and implement scalable measurement frameworks for omnichannel and full-funnel campaigns across Tesco Media.
- Define and validate KPIs and success metrics aligned with commercial objectives.
- Partner with Data Science to shape reporting templates and automate measurement outputs.
- Support the go-to-market activation and launch readiness of new measurement capabilities.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to define testing plans and generate proof points for proposition growth.
- Translate measurement outputs into commercially meaningful narratives for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in retail media, advertising, eCommerce, FMCG, or a related field.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Deep understanding of measurement methodologies, including experimentation and performance measurement.
- Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
