What you will do

• Own the monetization analytics function, evolving KPI frameworks and dashboards to drive revenue decisions.
• Build and maintain revenue forecast models and track accuracy versus targets across markets.
• Act as an analytical partner to commercial and technical stakeholders, translating business questions into action.
• Structure and solve ambiguous commercial problems by developing hypotheses and delivering clear recommendations.
• Proactively identify revenue opportunities, pricing inefficiencies, and untapped market segments.
• Develop scalable self-serve reporting and automate manual workflows in partnership with data engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or commercial analytics within marketplaces, e-commerce, or digital advertising.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, and cohort analysis.
• Proven experience building forecast models and structuring complex analytical problems.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and proactively to senior leadership.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Fluent English and based in or able to work in Tallinn, Estonia.

Nice to have

• Experience in ad tech or monetization analytics (CPC, ROAS, auction dynamics).
• Knowledge of merchant adoption funnels.
