What you will do

• Define end-to-end product strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs for FS Resilience and Market Data Observability.
• Conduct deep discovery with Tier 1 financial services customers, including investment banks, exchanges, and clearing houses.
• Lead the discovery, definition, and launch of the Market Data Observability product line.
• Partner with Agentic AI and Platform teams to implement SRE capabilities meeting strict compliance and security standards.
• Establish commercial constructs including pricing and packaging to drive scalable ARR.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, analyst briefings, and regulator roundtables on operational resilience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software for regulated industries.
• Deep domain expertise in capital markets front office, market data infrastructure, or FS operational resilience.
• Strong knowledge of observability and monitoring landscapes (metrics, logs, traces, OpenTelemetry, AIOps).
• Proven ability to manage senior relationships with CTOs, CISOs, and Heads of Trading Technology.
• Exceptional written communication skills for creating actionable technical and regulatory documentation.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London HQ on a hybrid schedule.
